Dr. Graf, originally from central Missouri, grew up in St. Louis. He attended Central Missouri State University and received his BA degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. He then pursued his doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. His research emphasis was in the effects of treadmill training with partial body weight support on patients following a total knee arthroplasty.
In 2011, Dr. Graf moved to Dallas to start his Physical Therapy career. Since then, he has worked primarily in out-patient clinics with additional experience in home health and work-comp.
Dr. Graf is also certified to perform KinesioTaping, and Contemporary Cupping Therapy.
Dr. Graf continues his education by attending educational classes and seminars. He uses evidence-based practice to evaluate and treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.
Dr. Graf is skilled in manual therapy, myofascial release, therapeutic exercise, gait training, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic activities, self-care and therapeutic modalities. His emphasis is in individualizing his treatment approach to improve function, minimize loss of function, decrease risk of injury, decrease pain and community participation.
